Dan founded Stroll in 2000, an ecommerce company specializing in marketing educational products to consumers.
For a ten-year period it had a compounded annual growth rate in excess of 70% and made the Inc. 5000 list seven years in a row.
By 2012, he grew the company to a professionally managed organization with $85 million in revenue and 166 employees.
Dan championed Stroll’s core competency which was its ability to cost-effectively market products through an array of online channels with the use of sophisticated marketing analytics and optimization.
In 2012, Dan was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the Philadelphia region. He’s also been recognized as a ‘40 Under 40’ by both Direct Marketing News and the Philadelphia Business Journal. Dan is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
Chief Operating Officer
Avik led the management team at Stroll and its team of over 150 professionals worked closely under his leadership to both achieve aggressive revenue growth and skillfully navigate significant business challenges.
Thereafter, he led Qbrands. Prior to Stroll, Avik served as the SVP of Corporate Development and Operations at EduNeering.
He has also held leadership roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Ernst & Young, and McKinsey, and was a co-founder of MedAvante.
Avik holds an MBA from The Wharton School, MS degrees from Harvard and MIT in planning and design, and a BArch from The School of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi, India.
He is the Vice-Chair on the board of the Asian Arts Initiative. Avik focuses on management consulting in the areas of organizational and operational effectiveness.
Director of Marketing & Prod Mgmt
Mark is highly accomplished executive professional with a string of successes in new and existing venture start-ups, product development, sales and marketing.
A strategy-driven business leader with 20+ years of expertise across multiple industry verticals spanning ecommerce, financial publishing, information products, Public Relations, online and offline direct marketing, with a focus on product management, business model design and corporate development.
Mark has held executive and leadership positions at Stroll and Agora.
VP Analytics & Customer Operations
James was a member of the leadership team at Stroll. In addition to his advisory capacity, James led the analytics, electronic payments and customer service functions and was instrumental in developing a data-driven, decision-making discipline central to shaping one of the fastest growing private companies in the US.
James has over 25 years of leadership experience in ecommerce marketing, analytics and customer operations in the private and public sectors and has held key roles at The Franklin Mint, Westat and National Medical Association among others.
James’ interests include science and technology, public policy and exercise physiology. In addition, to call center optimization (collections/service/sales), James focuses on analytics implementation in the areas of LTV contribution margin, acquisition source attribution, data warehousing setup and installment billing program analysis and management.
VP Technology & Business Strategy
Sudi was a member of the leadership team at Stroll and at Qbrands. He led the Systems & Technology, Offer testing and Production efforts. Prior to Stroll, Sudi held leadership positions at Oracle, Primavera Systems, Thomson Scientific & Syntel.
Sudi has over 25 years of experience and has successfully led efforts in Business Strategy, M&A, Software & Application development, Infrastructure solutions, Operations & Sales in a wide range of industries.
Sudi holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, MS from University of Texas in Industrial & Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Mysore in India.
Sudi is also an evangelist of futuristic technology and an angel investor in startups that enable businesses with technology.
He provides technology consulting services such as capability gap analysis, scalability readiness assessment, off-shore and on-shore team development and new system needs scoping.
